Ms. Saint-George concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial real estate, finance and commercial litigation. Her real estate practice consists
of various forms of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and development of retail shopping centers in the western United States and ground leasing, retail and office building leasing and acquisitions. She is experienced in the negotiation of purchase agreements, leases, development agreements, restrictive covenant agreements and governmental development agreements and the performance of title, survey and environment reviews and general land-use due diligence. Ms. Saint-George has experience negotiating rights-of-way and easement agreements, construction issues, resolution of retail store operation issues and eminent domain settlements. She also represents commercial lenders and has represented governmental entities in the public financing of multi-million-dollar statewide economic development projects, including drafting and negotiating loan documents and performing due diligence for real estate and asset-based financing.

Ms. Saint-George has also practiced law as a trial lawyer and has served as defense counsel for Fortune 500 corporations in product liability and commercial and finance litigation in both state and federal courts. She has also served in the legal department of an international manufacturing company, where she managed product liability litigation. Ms. Saint-George serves on boards of directors for several community organizations and is the founder and president of the NBA Arizona Diversity Pipeline Program, Inc. (www.NBAPipeline.org). Ms. Saint-George is admitted to practice in Arizona and California.
